Please read these terms and conditions carefully. 
When you make a booking, you accept on behalf of yourself and / or your party the terms of these booking conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your confirmation documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies within 48 hours of your booking please.

Reservations are subject to availability and actual pricing at the time of booking. Quotes are valid for 24 hours only. Any quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to written advice on confirmation of booking. You agree to pay the rate for each night of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you have departed the accommodation. The accommodation may be occupied by you and you agree your room is for 2 adults only for the period stated on the booking confirmation.  Absolutely no other guests may occupy the room or be onsite on our property during your booking period thank you.
  
Payment Policy: 
Sunny Corner Pastures reserves the right to process payment for your booking once your booking has been confirmed with us or you can deposit full payment to our nominated bank account upon acceptance of your booking. Please note your room is not considered booked until full payment is received.
