Refund policy

*All cancellations must be made in writing and sent directly to our email*

OFF-PEAK CANCELLATIONS

During our off-peak months, we require 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival to cancel or modify a reservation without penalty. Unfortunately, any cancellations made within the 2 Day period of the scheduled arrival date will result in full payment being charged to the nominated Credit/Debit Card provided upon booking or if paid into our bank account no refund will be offered.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY/PEAK PERIOD CANCELLATIONS

During holidays & Peak Periods such as Local Events and Public Holidays, we require 14 days notice prior to the date of arrival to cancel or modify a reservation without penalty. Any cancellations made within the 14 day period of the scheduled arrival date will result in full payment being charged to the nominated Credit/Debit Card provided upon booking or if paid into our bank account no refund will be offered.

NO-SHOWS

In the event that you cannot turn up for your booking and we have not been informed prior to your scheduled arrival date, then full payment of your reservation will be charged to the Credit/Debit Card provided to us upon booking or if paid into our bank account no refund will be offered.

Please note we understand life can throw curveballs at us and in genuine extenuating circumstances, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss an alternative date or refund once the relevant proof of cancellation is provided thank you. We also trust you extend this courtesy to us if due to an absolute rare event that this should occur onsite here.
